No Posada figures travelled round the parish in 2020 but there was a suggestion that one decorate one’s windows for Christmas, and Mary and Joseph travelled on ours, window by window being decorated with the unfolding posada story. Mary Cassidy

God of hope, who brought love into this world,
be the love that dwells between us.
God of hope, who brought peace into this world,
be the peace that dwells between us.
God of hope, who brought joy into this world,
be the joy that dwells between us.
God of hope, the rock we stand upon,
be the centre, the focus of our lives
always, and particularly this Advent time.

Today's music is from a recently discovered LP of Christmas carols by local schools, recorded in 1976 in St Paul's Church..
