February 2025
Dear
Every six years there is a complete revision of the Electoral Roll and this process is due to take place this year, when all names and addresses will be deleted from the existing roll and a new one will be prepared. As your name is entered on the current Electoral Roll, I do hope that you would like to be included on the one about to be revised.
An application form may be completed and submitted online using the following link Electoral Roll Form.
Or, if you prefer a hard copy, these are available in church or from St Paul’s Parish Office, or you can download and print the form from here. After completion, please return the form to me or to the church office.
If you have any questions on this matter, please don’t hesitate to contact me or speak to a Churchwarden. Anyone wishing to hold an official position within the Church (PCC Member, Sidesperson, Warden etc) must be entered on the Electoral Roll after approval by the PCC.
I will also be compiling a current contact list so that we can keep in touch easily with our parishioners. If you are happy to give us your details and to receive regular up-dates by email, please complete the additional information in the online application form, or download and print the form here and return as above, to the office or to me. Be assured that all information is treated with confidentiality, shared only on a need-to-know basis and kept securely.
May I also take this opportunity on behalf of our Treasurer to ask that, if you are not already contributing financially to the running of the church, you consider making a monthly pledge to support us. This may be done online at Parish Giving Donation or contact the church office for more information.
The churches of St Paul and St Nicholas are in good heart and good shape as we begin 2025. The last few years have seen the congregation at St Paul’s grow, both spiritually and numerically, and we have every confidence that this will continue into the future.
Yours sincerely

Teri Austen
