Schools in the Parish

• St Paul’s CofE Junior School – close cooperation between the Church and the school. Rector is usually a governor of the school. The clergy take assemblies twice a month. Members of the church are
• on the governing body and also help with listening to children read. The school holds services in St Paul’s Church.
• St Cecilia CofE Primary School – previous incumbent has been governor of the school. The clergy take assemblies once a month. The school holds services in St Paul’s Church.
• The Hawthorns Primary School – use the Woosehill building for their annual carol service.

• Emmbrook Junior School – the clergy take assemblies twice term, Parish members help them make Christingles before Christmas.

• The Holt Girls Secondary School – Remembrance day and Christmas services. Members of the churches are also part of the team for the Holt Lounge (Soulscape).
• The Emmbrook Secondary School – parish members support The Lounge (Soulscape) and the school holds services at St Paul’s Church.

• Holme Grange School – the clergy take assemblies once a term.

Local Care Homes

• Abbeyfield House Winnersh – the residents watch the live streamed service from St Paul’s Church and members of the Parish visit regularly.
• West Oak Care Home – residents enjoy a twice monthly communion service led by the clergy or leadership team. The choir sing carols at Christmas.
• Alexandra Grange Care Home – residents have a fortnightly communion service led by the clergy or leadership team. The choir sing carols at Christmas.
• Kennet Court –monthly services are held there.
• Bluebell House Nursing and Residential Care Home – a monthly service is shared with NorreysChurch.
